January > February > June Six months of progress. Six months of choosing myself. Six months of LOCKING IN. 🔥 Getting my body back after having a baby was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. Between motherhood, work, and changes in my life, finding the time and energy to prioritize myself wasn’t always easy. There were days I didn’t feel motivated, but I learned that discipline will take you places motivation can’t. I had to change my mindset, get consistent, and start showing up for myself the same way I show up for everyone else. This didn’t happen overnight, and I’m still growing, learning, and pushing myself every day. 🤍 Now, I’m turning my passion into PURPOSE. ✨ I’m officially stepping into my PERSONAL TRAINING & FITNESS COACHING ERA! 🏋🏻‍♀️💪🏼 As a mom, I understand that life gets busy. You don’t need a perfect schedule, hours in the gym, or an all-or-nothing mindset. You need a plan that works for YOUR life. I’m here to help women and mamas build strength, create sustainable habits, regain their confidence, and become the strongest versions of themselves — with coaching tailored to your goals and your schedule. 🫶🏼 Your journey doesn’t have to look like mine. You just have to be willing to start. Beginning of the year, I made the decision to lock in. Now, I’m here to help you do the same. 🔐🔥 Who’s ready to start their own transformation? Let’s get to work! In-person 1:1 in Las Vegas or online available! DM for more info! 💌 #LasVegasFitness #FitnessCoach #MomFitness #PostpartumFitness #FitnessJourney
