from joining cheer just because sydney was at cheercats with our tsunami hair... then walking into the new gym, to walking away 9 years later with countless titles and memories. I don't even know how to put into words what this gym has meant to me and my family, with even creating the infamous team dad jason and team mom shelley. starting off as a little baby glamcake on youth 1 to ending on bet a senior 5!! and having the best coaches next to me through all of it. I'll never be able to thank you guys for everything you have given me! and just like that I'm now a CA alum💙🖤

Abbs you will be missed, just as team DAD and team MOM will be missed. So honored to watch you grow into a beautiful, bright, independent, strong women. Go and kill it at life, just as you have in cheer! Thank you for always being a part of Peyton’s life and allowing her to share in your special moment. Last night, Michael Stipe sang R.E.M.’s “E-Bow The Letter” and his Big Red Machine collab “No Time For Love Like Now” with the National’s Matt Berninger and Aaron and Bryce Dessner. It was part of AB100, a two-day festival celebrating the Dessners’ 50th birthday in the Basque region. Stipe hadn’t performed “E-Bow,” originally recorded with Patti Smith, in 17 years. Last week he said his long-awaited debut solo album will come in 2027, with the first single dropping minutes into the new year.
