Kabar penangkapan sejumlah perwira tinggi Polri berpangkat inspektur jenderal (irjen) atau jenderal bintang dua beredar pada Selasa (3/11/2026).
_
Mereka disebut-sebut ditangkap oleh personel Brigade Mobil (Brimob) dan ditahan di Markas Komando (Mako) Brimob, Kelapa Dua, Depok, Jawa Barat.
_
_
Kepala Divisi Humas Polri Irjen Pol.

⚡️Comment PLAN for a free week of training with me

Our new 6 week series SUSTAIN starts today, so it’s the perfect time to jump in

Mon to Wed is more focused on strength. Thursday is our optional day where we fill in the gaps & take the program from strength to athletic: triple extension through the hips, body awareness, multi-planar work, core integration. All the stuff that makes a plan actually athletic

You can also scale it to your level with the swap function. Today’s workout looks pretty advanced, but I used swaps to make it match where I’m at. The base level uses things like jump squats or dumbbells, and if you’re ready to level up, that option’s in there too

Let’s start the week off strong together… welcome to team varsity

SECOND II NONE

Three years ago, a familiar suspect from The Hague got me to dust off my spray cans and start painting again.

Slowly but surely, I fell in love with combining characters and letters.

Lately, I’ve been heavily inspired by the dope weekend productions of @roy_hendriks71 in Zwolle and @fuserboyy in Deventer.

Inspired by the track SECOND II NONE by @sirrealist_ x @frankiepulitzer x @werdperfect x @thisistheez and the artwork by @grafik , I decided it was time to step up my game.

What started as a weekender turned into a midweek painting mission. One big-ass wall, plenty of challenges and a serious learning curve!

Might have underestimated this solo mission, but the experience was second to none!

Keep creating and keep pushing each other!
