Do you have flexibility?

Want the full system?
Comment “SYSTEM” and I’ll send you the link.

This is just one part of the Cumados Functional System — designed to improve movement quality, functionality, and endurance.

What you see here is only a small part of the program. On the website, you’ll find the full instructions and structured monthly programs, built from multiple training blocks.

I listen to women talk about being dismissed, ignored, and gaslit by our healthcare system every single day. For me, doctors began dismissing my symptoms when I was an infant. Before I could even speak.

And I think that history matters when we talk about abortion.

Women have spent generations living within medical and legal systems that didn’t treat us as equal authorities over our own bodies. Women weren’t even federally required to be included in NIH-funded clinical research until 1993.

So I don’t see women spending 5, 10, 15 years begging doctors to believe their pain as completely separate from laws restricting our reproductive autonomy.

They come from a history of other people being trusted to make decisions about women’s bodies before women themselves are trusted.

Doctors and their patients should be in charge of their healthcare. Not politicians. Not hospital lawyers.

Doctors. And. Their. Patients.
