33 Years! ❤️🥂 Thirty-three years ago, we said “I do,” with no idea of the adventures, blessings, challenges, and beautiful memories God had in store for us. Looking back, I’m overwhelmed by His goodness and faithfulness through every season. Marriage has taught me that lasting love isn’t about finding the perfect person or living a perfect life. It’s about two imperfect people choosing each other again and again. Keeping promises when life gets hard, extending grace, forgiving quickly, celebrating each other’s victories, and remembering that love isn’t just something we feel, but something we do. I’m especially grateful for the life we’ve built together. We’ve raised three children, watched dreams come true, shared countless laughs, and weathered our share of storms. Along the way, we’ve learned that God’s plans are often better than our own and that growing older together is a gift made even sweeter by growing wiser, more patient, and more grateful for each other. Marriage isn’t always easy, but I believe wholeheartedly that it is one of God’s greatest blessings and absolutely worth pursuing. What a gift to have a partner committed to honoring the promises, doing the work, and trusting God through it all. I pray we never stop learning, laughing, forgiving, and finding new reasons to fall in love. And I have to smile that we’re celebrating 33 years—Clark’s favorite number and his football number! 🏈❤️ Something tells me this might be an especially memorable year! Happy Anniversary to my best friend, my favorite teammate, and the love of my life. I’d choose you all over again. Here’s to 33 years and, Lord willing, many more!🙏🏼 #33Years #HappyAnniversary #LoveOfMyLife #FaithFamilyForever #MarriageMatters BlessedBeyondMeasure
Ninth House Trilogy Overall Review 4.5 🌟 “I’m not interested in the easy path if it leads me away from you.” -Dead Beat I can't believe that am finally writing a review for this bc am not ready to be parted from it yet! (crying inside)! Am so happy with how these massive three books ended even though it was hard to finally witness the end of Alex and Danny’s story but am feeling contentment! Am still feeling impressed with how Leigh delivered Alex’s character in these books! She’s handled a lot, especially with her trauma and how she was willing to do anything to escape it! ( but we’re in a world written by Leigh, so facing it is the biggest trauma) ;) The idea of secret societies is what lured me in! A whole academic setting based on dark ritual-art magic! Am not kidding when I say that these books are based on a very dark themes and maybe that's what makes it so difficult to understand! am not saying that the series is completely flawless, yes I devoured these books, but at the same time, I felt like am being taken out of context bc of how complicated it was with the writing, plot, and even in delivering the magic system inside this massive and difficult world! So if you want my advice, you MUST be patient and clear-headed, esp with the first book! Anyhow, I don't think this series is for anyone, and am advising to check the trigger warning before diving! Yeah it's that dark! So if you’re into a very VERY complicated world building filled with secret societies disguised on a prestigious academic ground, then you're welcome to Yale! ;) Have the greatest day.LY! #Bookstagram #Romantasy #Fantasy #TBR
