Autism & food struggles... 💙

We get comments all the time saying, "Just get him to try this" or "If he gets hungry enough, he'll eat."

It really isn't that simple.

Mason has a very small number of safe foods, and although he's recently surprised us by trying a few new things, that's incredibly rare.

If he suddenly stops eating one of his safe foods, we're left with even fewer options, and that can become a serious worry.

For some autistic children, sensory issues around food, textures, smells and tastes can make eating incredibly difficult.

I'm sure a lot of autism parents watching this know exactly what I mean. 💙

The 2015/16 squad. The team that started an iconic era. The team that conquered Europe in Milan and took the first step towards three consecutive Champions League titles. 🏆🏆🏆

Cristiano Ronaldo, Sergio Ramos, Luka Modrić, Toni Kroos, Marcelo, Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale, Casemiro, Keylor Navas, Pepe, Dani Carvajal, Isco, James Rodríguez, Lucas Vázquez, Nacho, Varane, and every single player who was part of this journey. 🤍

Under Zinedine Zidane, this group made history, bringing the Champions League trophy back to the Santiago Bernabéu and laying the foundations for one of the greatest dynasties football has ever seen.

2016. 2017. 2018. THREE-PEAT. 👑

It all started with them. Legends forever. Real Madrid forever. 🤍

Just woke up, hair a little messy, eyes still waking up… and my first mission was obvious: black coffee. ☕🤍

Caught this soft morning moment in the living room before heading to the kitchen, wearing a light-grey fitted lounge set and keeping everything simple, comfy and natural. The warm sunlight coming through the windows made even my sleepy look feel a little romantic. ✨

Barefoot, half-awake, and completely enjoying this slow start to the day. Sometimes the most unplanned pictures feel the most real.

Coffee first or photos first in the morning? 😄👇
