اینجور آدما ذهنیتمونو نسبت به نیازمند های واقعی هم خراب میکنن... به گفته خیلی از کاربران این روش گدا بلاگری دیگه براش عادت شده و هر چند وقت یکبار به بهانه های مختلف شماره کارتش رو میزاره و کلی پول جمع میکنه و درست بعد از آخرین باری که شماره کارتش گذاشته بوده فالوراش توی کبابی دیدنش..و میگن هر روز توی بازار و کافه و باشگاه افتاده..همچین آدمی لنگ 40 میلیون!! این خانم با پیج 400 هزارتایی آنقدری درامد داره که محتاج بقیه نباشه...😑 لطفا و خواهشا این کمک هارو صرف نیازمندان واقعی کنید.😔 @havashii_majazy

You’re gonna have to go into this last day with a set jaw and a pissed off attitude. I would try my best to do your squat Max with someone else or a group of others. It’s great to get the excitement going and the energy it creates. The reps and percentages are guidelines that I am offering you to go by. After the 100%, you can make choices to go at smaller jumps or larger jumps at your discretion. I would use the same training max that you’ve been using for the last 20 something days. If there are numbers to get past the 115% then let it ride and see what you can do. Many people have noticed other strength gains in other big movements. If you would like to elect to Max out in other movements, please do so at your discretion. Might be something you could do same day or at a later date. The final day is on the second slide, which is the official ending and the book closes until next year when we write a new chapter.
