From Miami real estate to a $3.7 BILLION Las Vegas landmark. ✨

Did you know that Fontainebleau Las Vegas @fontainebleaulasvegas was developed by Miami real estate mogul Jeffrey Soffer?

This 67-story luxury resort took nearly two decades to become a reality and finally opened in 2023.

And last night, I had the pleasure of attending an exclusive event hosted by Fontainebleau Aviation @fontainebleauaviation and Skyservice @skyserviceba at the Poodle Room @poodleroomlv — a private members-only club at the very top of the hotel, overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.

What I find fascinating is how one developer’s vision can expand from luxury real estate into hospitality, private aviation, and an entire luxury lifestyle experience.

That’s what I call thinking beyond real estate. ✈️🥂

Emery!!! My wild, wonderful, tenderhearted boy. The big 8!

I wish I could bottle up this version of you forever. Your imagination, your belly laughs, your endless questions, your big feelings, and that beautiful heart of yours.

Being your mama is one of the greatest privileges of my life. I pray you never lose that wild spirit, that curiosity, or the courage to be exactly who God made you to be.

You may be getting bigger, but youll always be my baby boy. Happy birthday my love.
