Comment SYNC and I’ll send you the method 💚✨

I used to think getting results just meant eating less, training more and being more disciplined.

So that’s what I did.

More cardio, more restriction, more pressure to be “good” all the time. And whenever I fell out of routine, I just assumed I was the problem.

What I wasn’t really thinking about was my cycle, my hormones, my energy, my stress, my recovery… basically all the things that can completely change how you feel from one week to the next.

Once I stopped expecting my body to perform exactly the same every day, everything got easier.

I started using the higher energy parts of my cycle for more strength and dynamic movement, and the lower energy parts for Pilates, lower intensity movement and more recovery.

I also stopped under-eating and actually started fuelling my body properly.

And weirdly, that’s when I became more consistent.

Not because I was trying harder, but because I finally had an approach that actually worked with my body rather than constantly fighting it.

That’s basically what Sync was built around.

So if you feel like you’re doing “all the right things” but still not really getting anywhere…

Comment SYNC and I’ll send you exactly how I approach it 💚

Ila kumbuka daima Nuru hushinda Giza
For the Light to overcome Darkness all it needs to do is SHINE!

💚 Tiny scoop, big curiosity! Have you heard of spirulina?

This vibrant blue-green food can add a little extra protein and nutrients to your routine. 🌿 But here’s the scoop: a high protein percentage by dry weight doesn’t mean a small serving replaces the protein in a meal. Check the label for the grams you’re actually getting!

✅ Choose a product independently tested for contaminants.

Building muscle and supporting your health starts with your overall habits—enough protein, nourishing meals, regular movement, and good sleep. 💪

Have you tried spirulina? Tell me below! 👇 Save this for later, share with a curious friend, and follow @YoYoNoMore for more nutrition conversations. 💚
