$~ The Mossad’s “Operation Grim Beeper” : 2 Years Later Today’s post features 15 images and videos and will take a further look at the September 2024 electronic device attacks which targeted Lebanese H3zb0ll@h militia members. On 17 and 18 September 2024, thousands of handheld pagers and hundreds of walkie-talkies intended for use by H3zb0ll@h operatives exploded simultaneously in two separate events across Lebanon and Syria, in a Mossad operation nicknamed Operation Grim Beeper. The attack was planned over a 10 year span. 7 months before the explosions, Hez’s secretary-general Nasrall@h instructed the group’s members to use pagers instead of cell phones, claiming Israel had infiltrated their cell phone network. About 5 months before the explosions, Hez purchased Gold Apollo AR-924 pagers. Mossad had secretly manufactured and integrated the explosive PETN into the devices, and sold them to Hez through a shell company (reportedly at a profit). *This Post features Multiple Captions* Pretty rare footage showing the moment a Sabotaged Beeper is activated by a Hez member on September 17, 2024. The targeted Hez member standing at the same location following his rehabilitation. The September 2024 pager explosions in Lebanon caused mainly blast and fragmentation injuries, particularly to the hands, eyes, and face because the devices were being carried or held close to the body. Many victims suffered severe hand injuries, including amputated or mangled fingers, fractures, and deep wounds. Eye injuries were especially serious, including penetrating wounds, ruptured eyeballs, orbital fractures, and traumatic loss of the eye. Of note is the damaged hat showing the intensity of the blast.
