HALLELUJAH CHALLENGE || OCT 2026 || DAY 8

Better late than never, right? I forgot to update everyone on a little career milestone.

I have a new title ✨Weather Anchor✨

You can catch me on Good Morning San Diego weekday mornings from 5-10am. The GMSD team is like family. They are the best part of this new chapter.

You’ll still be able to catch me from time to time on Fox 5 reporting & filling in. I can’t turn my back on my first love which is reporting. So, I plan to continue putting together stories as much as I can. Most of those stories will be on our military.

God is good! Love you, San Diego!

🇺🇸 I’M 52… AND I’M LEARNING TO SHINE IN MY OWN WAY. 💛✨

A little sunshine, a little confidence, and a daily commitment to taking care of myself. 🌼

Here are my 7 habits at 52:

☀️ 01 — MORNING LIGHT
Start the day with natural light.

💧 02 — HYDRATION
Make drinking enough water a priority.

🥑 03 — NOURISH YOUR BODY
Choose balanced, nourishing meals.

🧬 04 — MY NMN ROUTINE
NMN is a supplement I personally include in my wellness routine. Research into its benefits in humans is still ongoing.

🏋️‍♀️ 05 — STAY STRONG
Make strength and movement part of your lifestyle.

👣 06 — KEEP MOVING
Find ways to stay active every day.

🌙 07 — BEAUTY REST
Give your body time to rest and recover.

💛 At 52, I’m not chasing perfection. I’m choosing confidence, consistency, and habits that fit my life.

Because feeling good in your own skin never goes out of style. 🌻

Make sure you’re FOLLOWING me first so I can send it to you.

My next chapter after 8 months off. Time to rock the field again with @dewaunitedwfc

Out playing as an adult. I look different but feel the same.

I came down to my meadow to photograph this new outfit and found my outside locker had blown over and I got that childhood urge to walk along it. My mobility is rubbish but I did it anyway, slow and steady and it was just fun.

Ok at 47 with impaired mobility it felt riskier and very high up and also a bit death defying. It wasn’t 😂 but I had fun and in the half an hour I came outside to photograph this fit I frolicked and enjoyed my own company just playing in my own way. It was just what my chronically ill self needed before retiring back to my couch nest.

Why do we stop playing? Are you still inclined to walk along the top of a wall or whatever silly thing you did without thinking as a kid ‘just because’ and it was fun?
