Kicking off Sabertooth 2024 at @crystalballroom Friday, June 1st, heavy psych-rockers @rarefaction.band got the show off to a very hot start with one of the best performances of the night. Fans of Black Sabbath, Alice in Chains, or the thriving local psych scene in general will all find something to appreciate about this group, and proving that they can dominate stages of any size, they’ll be playing next at No Fun Bar 6/28 and Dante’s 7/19.

Don’t miss the chance to see them this summer. You won’t be disappointed.

These are so rad! Thank you so much for coming out and always great to see you!

♒️ Pluto is stationing to move forward in Aquarius.

In astrology, Pluto’s station is a powerful turning point—a time when themes of control, truth, freedom, and transformation can feel especially present.

You may be recognizing where you’ve given away your power, stayed quiet to keep the peace, or held on to people and plans you’ve outgrown.

Aquarius asks: Can you be yourself in the life you’re building?

Who are you surrounding yourself with? What future are you choosing? Are you living by your own values, or waiting for someone else’s approval?

As Pluto prepares to turn direct, let these questions guide your next steps. Change unfolds slowly. You can begin with one honest conversation, one clear boundary, or one decision that honors who you’re becoming.

You don’t have to keep shrinking to fit a life you’ve outgrown. ✨

Sun conjunct asteroid Lucifer in Libra can symbolize a spotlight on pride, approval, and honesty in relationships. I couldn’t verify the exact conjunction for this week, so this interpretation assumes that’s the aspect shown in your chart.

In some asteroid astrology, Lucifer represents the “light-bringer,” with themes of awareness, independence, and pride. These interpretations vary; the placement doesn’t establish someone’s character or intentions.
