I Have No Desire To Leave Nigeria; America Trained Me, But Nigeria Made Me — Actress  Shaffy Bello Nollywood actress Shaffy Bello has declared that she has no desire to relocate from Nigeria, insisting that despite the country’s challenges, it remains home and continues to offer opportunities. Speaking during a panel discussion at 20+ Years in the Media: Real Talk with Kike @7,the actress reflected on her connection to Nigeria while responding to a question about how young people could find hope while building careers in the country. “America trained me, but Nigeria made me,” Bello said, explaining why she would rather remain in Nigeria despite having lived abroad. “I pray I never get the opportunity, as they call it, to go back,” she stated, acknowledging that she had previously lived in the United States. She added, “But because of the opportunities that I’ve seen in this country, and I am still seeing, I don’t ever want to go back. This is home, this is where it is.” Bello, however, acknowledged the difficulties Nigerians face, particularly concerning electricity, education and healthcare. She urged young people not to lose hope but to identify their abilities, acquire relevant skills and position themselves to take advantage of available opportunities. “Look within yourself, what do you have to offer? What is in your hands?” she asked, encouraging them to study, learn and prove themselves capable of delivering value. The actress also attributed her longevity in the entertainment industry to authenticity and honesty, urging aspiring professionals to remain true to themselves. “For me to be here for so many years, first of all, I have to be authentic to who I am. If you lie, you keep having to remember the lies, if you tell the truth, it’s easy,” she said. She further emphasised the importance of faith, advising young people to hold God tight as they work towards achieving their dreams.
These were a safe food Hannah found during this journey. She loved them so much u til one day something about it tasted off and she refused to eat them again. I would keep buying them in hopes that maybe she would be willing to try them again, but she would look at them and say maybe nex time. It was so frustrating and I would explain that maybe it was just a bad batch, or something about her taste was off, but she couldn’t get past the last experience she had with them. I finally stopped trying and she herself decided she was ready to give them a try again. Since having her braces it’s been hard for her to find softer foods she can eat so she thought this would be a good choice. She still doesn’t fully trust them to be “safe,” but it’s one step closer in the right direction. What is a food that was once safe and then all of a sudden stopped being safe? @michelledorit @arfidawarenessnonprofit #safefood #arfid #awareness #autism

"If you clap a little bit more I may share this prize with Trump." That's how Navi Pillay reacted after being told she'd won the Nobel Peace Prize. The former UN human rights chief and International Court of Justice judge, was recognised "for her efforts to promote peace and international law". US President Donald Trump has once again made complaints that he did not receive it, calling this year's decision "disgraceful and embarrassing".
