Watched Adını Feriha Koydum today after 13 years! I was 10 when my mom started watching it and we all fell in love with it. Showing it to my wife and kids today gave me literal goosebumps and tears of nostalgia. Thank you for giving us such beautiful childhood memories. My schedule looks different depending on the week. But these 3 stay on my list: 🧠 Practicing gratitude. I journal for 3–5 minutes every morning about the big and small things I’m thankful for. ESPECIALLY when things feel hard, intrusive to focus my brain as much as I can on what’s going good in my life. 💫 Moving my body. My mantra is 20 minutes is better than zero!!! Some days it’s a workout, some days it’s a walk. I make room for what I can. 🥞 Showing up for my kids as best I can. Some weeks that means sending pictures while I’m on a business trip. Sometimes it means making chocolate chip pancakes. The ways I show up change, but the intention stays the same and my only intent is they know how much they are treasured and adored. What’s one non-negotiable you make room for each week? 📂 Weekly habits, gratitude, movement, motherhood, working mom, intentional living
