#Clique, Def Jam CEO Tunji Balogun is reportedly leaving Universal Music Group by the end of the year as the company cuts jobs and reshuffles leadership across its labels, according to Music Business Worldwide.

If his name doesn’t ring a bell, his work probably does. Balogun has worked with Bryson Tiller, Khalid, Wizkid and Childish Gambino, and has led Def Jam since January 2022.

Some days being a T1D mom looks like managing blood sugars, counting carbs, changing pump sites, and making a thousand decisions nobody sees.

Other days, it’s reminding myself that I can’t give up. Someone is counting on me to be their pancreas.

Even when I’m exhausted.
Even when the alarms never stop.
Even when diabetes feels like too much.

Because we’re not just raising our kids. We’re helping keep them alive while teaching them how to manage a disease they’ll carry for the rest of their lives.

And no matter how independent he becomes, I’ll always be his backup pancreas. 💙

To every T1D parent running on empty but still showing up, I see you.

pulled up to the stu w/ nothing but a chair and good vibes

Another question about fame.

How has fame changed me?
It hasn’t.

I don’t believe fame changes anyone, I believe fame simply magnifies who you are and what you are. Fame will eventually expose what’s inside.
So be careful if you chase it.

Here’s a quiet lil’ thing I do, whenever I meet famous people. I always pay sharp attention to how they treat other NON famous people around them. Their teams etc. And especially strangers. Reveals a lot.

I like our little post workout Rock Talk Q&A’s but geeezus, next time I’ll catch my breath so I don’t sound like I’m trying to inflate a bounce house.
Wtf 😂
