Daffodil , winning today’s 3’6 AO class with a 93! The next class we missed a lead change and circled but…. These horses are green and I’m just so proud of how far along this horse has come in such a short time , thanks to @briannegoutal . If you ride , you know how hard it is to put it all together. That’s why it feels so damn good when it actually all falls into place! I really cherish the entire process of riding young horses. It really teaches you to be patient with the process but also with yourself ❤️!

A chicken salad for every season! 🍂 This one was just crazy. The textures. The flavors! Went a lil chunkier this time and was not disappointed. 10/10 🤌🏻 As usual I didn’t reeeeaaally measure anything… but here are some approximations. The great thing about this is that with the mayo and such, you can start smaller and keep adding more until it’s where you want it. 🙌🏻 I mean, you can really do that with everything. Either way… Fall Chicken Salad👇🏻 1 rotisserie chicken (white and dark meat, pulled/shredded) 3 large stalks of celery (minced) 1 honey crisp apple (or similar, small diced) 1/2 small red onion (minced) 1/2 cup chopped pepperoncini 1/2 cup fresh parsley (chopped) 1/2 cup fresh dill (chopped) 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans 1/2 cup dried cranberries (unsweetened) 1 lemon (zest + juice) 2 tbsp ACV 1 cup mayo (your fav) 1 tbsp Dijon or whole grain mustard (or a combo!) 1/2 tsp celery seed Kosher salt + fresh cracked pepper to taste Serve with crunchy crackers and some sharp cheddar! YUM! I’m already looking forward to a winter chicken salad. What should I put in it?! 🤔🤔 #chickensalad #fallrecipes
