Dandelion Williams

Three years ago, I decided to get up in front of a group of friends and play songs I'd written during the lockdown. (slide 2, flyer throwback) It was the first time I'd ever played my original songs at a venue in front of a group of people. I was scared as hell. Right before I got started, I looked at my setlist and blanked: I was reading my song titles but I couldn't remember the words, where my capo went, how to play any of them. Thankfully, I eventually snapped out of my amnesia and I ended up having an incredible experience. I was pretty much hooked on songwriting and performing after that.

This Thursday (5/30) I'll be playing at Hi-Tone with @pyrrhic_vic and Twice as Less. This will probably be my last public performance for at least a little while. I have some visual art projects that I have been really excited about spending more time on, and I want to follow my creative nose on that for a little. Stop by and say hello!
