Pleased to announce my new single "Practice" will be out in two weeks (4/24). Can't wait for you to hear it :)

Thanks @byanthonylorenzo for catching my good side 📷 by @dandelionwilliams

Had the distinct pleasure of hanging out with @byanthonylorenzo the other day. He took some snaps of me for my upcoming single release.

When we were discussing ideas for the shoot and he said he wanted to set up a "living room" in a random alleyway downtown, I was like, "absolutely, let's do that!"

So much fun!

"Practice" comes out this Friday. by @dandelionwilliams

Here's a little song I've been working on called "Weeds" by @dandelionwilliams

incredibly country singer songwriter Donut Larsen is joining us on 7/18 with performances by The Eastwoods and Dandelion Williams. You won’t wanna miss this! by @dandelionwilliams

Hey friends, just wanted to say thank you for listening to my new song "Practice," now streaming in all the places. If you haven't gotten the chance to check it out, do give it a listen.

You can also come see me play IRL @writersintheroundmem on Tuesday May 19. I'll be playing some oldies and some newies with @malaphormusic and @rainbow_room_regular

Hope to see ya there! by @dandelionwilliams

So so so much fun playing with @keerishere and @gooseboitheestallion @writersintheroundmem last night. Thanks to all my friends old and new who came out to see us. Really made my week 💙💙💙

Sometimes post-show I can get stuck looping what I could have played better, etc, etc. But last night was a good reminder for me that playing all the notes perfectly is not as important as connecting with the people who are in the room with you.

Big shout out to @kaceemeetsworld @msvictoriamusic and @halkonohana for keeping the rounds going. Y'all the real MVPs. by @dandelionwilliams

I'm coming out of retirement!

I'll be playing my first Dandelion show in almost a year. Excited to share some new tunes @writersintheroundmem on Tuesday, Jan 20. Kicking off the round at 8pm with friends @deannadixonmusic and @keerishere

Pop in and say hello.

See ya Tuesday! by @dandelionwilliams

Three years ago, I decided to get up in front of a group of friends and play songs I'd written during the lockdown. (slide 2, flyer throwback) It was the first time I'd ever played my original songs at a venue in front of a group of people. I was scared as hell. Right before I got started, I looked at my setlist and blanked: I was reading my song titles but I couldn't remember the words, where my capo went, how to play any of them. Thankfully, I eventually snapped out of my amnesia and I ended up having an incredible experience. I was pretty much hooked on songwriting and performing after that.

This Thursday (5/30) I'll be playing at Hi-Tone with @pyrrhic_vic and Twice as Less. This will probably be my last public performance for at least a little while. I have some visual art projects that I have been really excited about spending more time on, and I want to follow my creative nose on that for a little. Stop by and say hello!

PS
Y'all bought up my whole first run of poetry books. Thank you so much! I'll have some more of those for sale at the show in case you didn't get the chance to grab one. by @dandelionwilliams

Happy Cinco de Mayo! If you need to get out of the rain, I'll be playing a solo set @meddlesomebrewing today 4-6. See what I did there? by @dandelionwilliams

I had an absolute blast performing my project Key of Blue last week. Big thanks to my good pals @morganalyssae and @mrsvoldie for offering to host the show at their place! (And big congrats Morgan on finishing your dissertation 🥳🥳🥳)

Here are a few stills @the.sound.you.hear captured at the show. I'll be posting a few clips over the next few days, also!

PS
I recently compiled a short book of poems that I perform as part of the show (see slide 5). If you would like to get your hands on one, please shoot me a DM! 💙 by @dandelionwilliams
