*PLEASE HELP ME IDENTIFY THIS PERSON* SHARE PLEASE* This happened today 06/03/2024 at Prospect Park, Brooklyn near the Boat House around 2:20pm

This young woman decided to leave after her dog bit my dog. I asked her countless times not to leave or at least give me her information that she refuse. And for those who want to know what happened I can send you a DM with details (is a bit long and IG don't let me put everything).

BTW, the cops didn't show up. I was trying to said in the video that she was leaving after I call 911 for the cops to come and help us resolve this. But that never happen.

I really need help to identify this girl because she has to take responsibility for what her dog did.
