Few snippets of one of my evening sessions on prep - so in prep my day typically consists of 1 hour fasted cardio in the morning/core workout, midday weighted session and then 30 minute posing rounds and Iso holds/tensions in the evening.. In this session I typically do 30 second holds on my front pose and 30 second rest for 10 minutes. Then repeat the same with my back pose… then for the last 10 minutes alternate from front to back! This is the most monotonous part of prep for me, especially with a full days worth of food in the stomach and feeling uncomfortable but I also think it’s one of the most important ones too.. it really helps with conditioning and better stage presence! πŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ”₯ I start this routine 8 weeks out from show day and do the posing rounds everyday πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ non negotiable! #beundeniable #nostoneunturned
