I’m excited to announce that I’ll be speaking and fully present at CANEX WKND @creativeafricanexus 2026 in Lagos, Nigeria, from 5–8 November, and I will also be officially launching and activating @jalentafrica during CANEX WKND. Ukrainian soldiers are traveling underground through abandoned gas pipes to reach positions near the front lines of the war with Russia. Our correspondent Maria Varenikova joined them on the journey through the kill zone and into the confined spaces where troops can spend weeks at a time. I prioritize myself. I prioritize slow mornings, my coffee, and the little details that remind me how beautiful life can be when I take the time to truly appreciate it. I prioritize my mental well-being, my emotions, and the quiet moments that bring me back to myself. I prioritize my peace, my energy, and the woman I’m becoming. I’ve learned that life isn’t always about chasing more. Sometimes, it’s about recognizing the beauty in what I already have, finding happiness in the simplest things, and being grateful for everything that has shaped me along the way. The warmth of the sun. The comfort of silence. The little rituals that make ordinary days feel special. The strength I’ve found within myself. The freedom to feel, to grow, and to simply be. And if there’s one thing I’m learning, it’s that I never want to become so busy building a beautiful life that I forget to feel the beauty of the one I’m already living. 🤎
Deputatlar muştlaşdi Armaniston parlamenti yiğilişida deputatlar muştlaşib ketdi. RBK xabariga köra, janjal hukmron “Fuqarolik şartnomasi” fraksiyasi deputati Taron Çaxoyanning çiqişidan keyin boşlangan. U öz nutqida muxolifatdagi “Kuçli Armaniston” fraksiyasi rahbari Narek Karapetyanga uning amakivaççasi, partiya asosçilaridan biri Sargis Karapetyanning şov-şuvli gaplarini eslatgan. Narek Karapetyan Taron Çaxoyanga joyidan turib javob qaytara boşlagan, söng minbar oldiga kelgan. Şundan keyin muştlaşuv boşlanib, unga boşqa deputatlar ham qöşilib ketgan. Xavfsizlik xizmati xodimlarining aralaşişiga qaramay janjal parlament binosi koridorida ham davom etgani aytilmoqda. Gap şundaki, şu yilning yanvar oyida Sargis Karapetyanning podkastdagi çiqişi katta şov-şuvlarga sabab bölgandi. Unda sotsiolog Armen Xaçikyan ayollarning siyosiy faolligini ularning şaxsiy hayotidan qoniqmagani bilan boğlagan edi. Şundan söng Sargis Karapetyan agar öz partiyasi hokimiyatga kelsa, mamlakatda bu kabi muammolardan norozi ayollar qolmasligini aytib, keskin eʼtirozlar oqimida qolgandi.
