League of Women Voters of Oregon Youth Council

This past weekend, some of our Youth Council members were able to attend the League of Women Voters National Convention in Washington DC. Oregon YC members spoke at a workshop panel, voted on nationwide league issues, met with Oregon legislative staff, and so much more.

Youth members from Oregon, @lwvme , and Alaska were able to come together to present a workshop panel of youth voices. It was amazing to see this group come together!

We would like to extend an enormous thank you to all Oregon Youth Council mentors and everybody else who helped Youth Council get to Washington DC.

Be on the lookout for recap of Lobby Day with Oregon elected officials!
