OG 3Three and NBA Ben10’s defense team filed a 102-page exhibit in federal court arguing why a judge should exclude rap lyrics as evidence in their upcoming trial over the sh*oting involving AllStar JR.

They used Rick Ross as an example, arguing that his past as a correctional officer contradicts his g*ngster rap persona and shows how artists can build an image that doesn’t reflect their real lives.

🇺🇸 William Wade Byrd, a resident of Washington, D.C., died on November 1, 1995, due to complications associated with AIDS. He was 32 years old.

Born on March 3, 1963, in Fairfax, Virginia, Billy relocated to Washington, D.C., for his studies. He graduated from George Washington University in 1985, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Following graduation, Billy remained in the District and established a successful career in the local advertising industry. For the final eight years of his life, he was employed by Gura, LaBar & Kupersmith advertising in Bethesda, Maryland.

Outside of his professional life, Billy was passionate about music. He was an avid record collector and frequently served as a DJ for friends’ parties upon request, gaining a local following and taking great pride in his mixing talents.

At the time of his death, Billy was survived by his long-time partner, Joe Bradley of Washington, D.C.

Missy Young Lieber told @theaidsmemorial, “Billy was my best friend. He started out as my office mate. We shared so many laughs together so many good times over the years. I remember being so scared for him. I used to watch him take what I thought were supplements but it turns out it was AZT. I didn’t know at first that he was HIV positive. He was hilarious. He was smart. He was so talented as a DJ. Absolutely loved him. He was my best friend for many years and being able to help care for him at the end was a true privilege for me. I miss you so much Billy.” #whatisrememberedlives
