We won!!! Tyler Sabbag @tylerdrums , Duncan Thum @house_of_duncaroo , and I just won a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Music Composition for Netflix' Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones!!! Wow, more posts to come about this soon, but this is such a tremendous honor. It was an absolute delight to work with two of my best buds on this beautiful series. We've worked together on a ton of projects up to this point, and this really feels like the culmination of all the collaborations we've done thus far. I feel like something really special happens when we collab together, and we come up with things we never would of on our own (in all the best of ways). Tyler, Duncan, love ya guys!!! You're a couple of the greatest, kindest, and most creative humans I know. I'm so dang lucky, to say the least.

Big time congrats to the ridiculously talented @clayjeter as well for winning Best Directing Team for a Single Camera Daytime Non-Fiction Program!! So incredibly well deserved for an absolutely fantastic guy.

A huge thanks to all my family and friends (and my amazing wife @ktorade) for all your endless love and support! Could not have gotten here without you all.
