So incredibly proud of this event. Had a fantastic time delivering our A Little bit of wild - Intro to the outdoors camp for women over the last few days in #Manchester with @just_ayisatu .

The group learned about tents, navigation, nature ID, tie dying and mindfulness through movement. We also ate yummy food together, shared knowledge and experiences and had lots of laughs.
