![Wife Allegedly Threatened Jail. BJP Leader’s Son Dies by Suicide Before First Anniversary!
Praval Gupta, son of BJP leader Rajiv Gupta, died in Meerut’s Kankarkheda a day before his first wedding anniversary.
His wife Sneha had complained of dowry demands, domestic violence and harassment. Following police counselling on Saturday, Praval recorded a video accusing her and her family of threats and harassment. He also accused a police officer of threatening him during counselling.
He died during treatment on Sunday night. His father reportedly suffered a heart attack after receiving the news.
Police say the cause is under investigation and action will follow the family’s complaint.
A husband’s allegations deserve investigation too. Being a man cannot make his suffering disposable.
