I’ve spent 23 years on TV and have always noticed one thing I wanted to fix — my crooked teeth! I had braces in my 20s and didnt wear my retainer…and SHIFT HAPPENS! I’ve had some big changes this year and decided NOW is the time to get Invisalign! I went to Salo Dental in Manhattan Beach ( @salomanhattanbeach ) and it was easier and more affordable than you might think. It feels good to do something for ME in my 40’s! #shifthappens #invisalign
Probably the hardest training session I’ve ever had. Not just physically, but mentally too. Hundreds of reps, pushing way past our limits. Every set felt like a battle. Videos might make it look easy, but trust me, this was a different kind of pain. 🥵💪 P.S. I almost started hating these guys during the workout 😂 They might look like the angriest guys in the gym, but the moment the workout was over, you could see they’re true family men with big hearts. Nothing but love and respect for these brothers. Learned so much from them! ❤️💪
I just love the reports from doggy daycare 😂 hopefully my teenager golden retriever odin is very a respectful good boy to his doodle girls 🐶 #dogreels #dogsofinstagram #doghumor #goldenretriever
Made a video on how I quickly get a live beat going on the MPC Sample. Here I’m sampling the legendary @jalen_ngonda !! Drums are from my upcoming sample pack. Full video is on my YouTube!
