Drop a YES below, and I’ll DM you the link to my 10-Day Detox program. If I were stranded on a desert island and could choose just one approach to help my patients, this would be it. That’s how much I believe in the power of food. Over decades of practicing medicine, I’ve seen how easily people accept feeling tired, bloated, foggy, and uncomfortable as their normal. Often, they haven’t had the opportunity to see how much what they eat affects how they feel. That’s why I created the 10-Day Detox. For ten days, you remove sugar, ultra-processed foods, and potential food triggers while filling your plate with vegetables, quality protein, and healthy fats. You give yourself a chance to notice what changes in your energy, digestion, cravings, and overall well-being. I always tell my patients: the smartest doctor in the room is your own body. Pay attention to what it’s telling you. Drop a YES below and I’ll DM you the info!

Vidljivost je privilegija. A privilegija nosi i odgovornost.
Kelly Osbourne is opening up about the grief behind her dramatic weight loss and the help she credits with saving her life. The ‘Fashion Police’ alum, 41, told The Sun she has gained nearly 30 pounds since February’s BRIT Awards, following a devastating period after her father Ozzy Osbourne’s death. “I didn’t know that I looked like that until I saw the pictures,” she recalled. “When I saw them, I couldn’t f---ing believe it. I was as shocked as everyone else.” “It wasn’t an eating disorder, I just couldn’t do anything for myself,” she explained, sharing that eating made her feel sick. At her lowest point, Kelly visited Ozzy’s grave with a white candle and wrote a plea for help. The next day, her mother Sharon Osbourne arrived with therapist and life coach Chris Miller, whom Kelly credits with saving her life and helping her begin to heal. (📷: @gettyimages)
