Symbiosis, not sacrifice 🙌🏼 so beautiful that what we do for ourselves is automatically gifted to our children in the MOST powerful way. I shared a few weeks ago I sometimes felt soooo overwhelmed I didn’t want to be a mom, and was shaming myself so much. Yet I would never shame Akash for feeling how he felt.

Moving through some of the deepest edges of shame I had freed me from the thoughts that kept me captive, and the thoughts that were breeding resentment - and now I don’t feel that way at all!!!! But also even if I did, it would still be okay 🥹 because I can’t give Akash the compassion, unconditional love, and grace that I can’t give myself because I won’t KNOW or understand it at all.

It’s better to be honest and messy, than dishonest and hardened… I love this deepening life of authenticity we are creating💧 for summer solstice I’m nurturing the intention of a strong, loving relationship to myself, that gets to overflow into everything else I do 🤍
