This has to be a trip that came at a time I needed it the most . Going into the valley of nature on a bike trip was one of the most exhilarating experiences I’ve had. Met some amazing people along the way and I think found myself back in the process as well . Did this ha giang loop which was a 3 day bike trip with the best views . #vietnam #travelling #hagiang #fy
First time trying Choclo y queso 🇵🇪 Choclo is the name of the big white corn with big fat plump kernels! The kernels are chewier and starchier than the yellow sweet corn we have at home and muuuuch less sweet (but still some gentle sweetness!) It’s a erved warm straight out of the boiler with a thin slab of salty fresh cheese. It’s a classic street snack perfect for when you’re wandering Cusco
To progress, you need patience. Progress is never a smooth or straight road. It’s full of bumps, ups and downs, setbacks and unexpected turns. But that’s why success takes time. It takes consistency, resilience and most importantly, patience. After two rounds of PRP injections and over 14 weeks away from the track, I’ve finally made it back to my first session. One of my biggest lessons throughout this process has been learning to trust the work I’m putting in, even when I can’t see the results just yet. You’ll get there in time. Just keep chipping away. 🤍
