For years, my own training took a back seat to coaching athletes and building a company. Now, even if itโ€™s just 30 minutes, getting in the gym means everything to me. Training with intent is a win that I use to take for granted. Learn from me on this one. Your business, your family, and your friends need you at your best, and that starts with how you treat yourself. You can build something great and still take care of you. Donโ€™t forget you have to put on the oxygen mask, before you help everyone else. ๐Ÿ’ชโค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน
