Transformation isn’t always beautiful or easy. Sometimes it means letting go, outgrowing old versions of yourself, questioning everything, and finding the courage to begin again.
Spiritual growth is about reconnecting with your soul, embracing your light and shadows, and understanding that every chapter serves a purpose.
Don’t rush your journey. Don’t compare your path. Trust the transformation. ✨

🌙 Become the energy you wish to attract.
🦉 Honor your growth. Protect your peace. Follow your soul.

VICI’s quarterly net income dropped 55.1%. Their revenue actually rose, and the profit decline was driven by an accounting adjustment for potential credit losses. But here’s my take on their business model:

When landlords squeeze casino operators for bigger returns, where do you think that pressure ends up? On YOU. Higher prices, more fees, fewer deals, and a Vegas experience that keeps giving you less while charging you more.

In my opinion, this landlord and tenant model has helped squeeze the shit out of consumers. And if that’s what their success depends on, then yes I hope that model fails.

Their biggest asset is the real estate. Hypothetically, if Caesars bought back the properties it leases from VICI, that would take a major chunk out of VICI’s portfolio. I’m not saying that’s happening I’m saying the land is the foundation of their business.

Vegas needs owners invested in making people WANT to come back. You can only squeeze people so much before they stop coming.

Make Vegas Vegas Again.

Oh, the irony of calling someone out for using friendships to get ahead when your own equations seem to change every Weekend Ka Vaar! One week it’s one friendship, the next week it’s a completely different equation, all depending on which narrative needs to be served. Convenient, isn’t it?

Accusing Kanika of playing someone else’s game? Girl, maybe take a look at your own gameplay first! Because the audience has been watching, and no amount of sweet talk or changing friendships can cover up what’s happening.

Kanika didn’t need to play the friendship card or twist anyone’s words. She simply said what needed to be said, and those mic-drop moments said it all!

Our Dragon doesn’t need narratives. She has the guts to call things out exactly as they are. And remember, when you poke a dragon, you don’t get a reaction, YOU GET FIRE! 🐉🔥
