Notre Dame Family Wines

We could not be more excited to share the story of Chateau Belle-Vue and Naji and Jill Boutros, 1987 and 1988 graduates, respectively. Their daughter, Lauren, is also a 2020 Notre Dame graduate.

Chateau Belle-Vue wines are grown in Bhamdoun, Lebanon, on a mountainside overlooking Beirut and the Mediterranean Sea. Seven years after the Lebanese civil war, Naji returned home with his family to restore their vineyard and bring life back to the village. They now grow grapes from 60 acres of heritage vineyards, farming organically and sustainably, using low-intervention practices.

Chateau Belle-Vue wines are prized from Kuala Lumpur to Hong Kong and are in the best restaurants in London, Chicago and New York.
