A lawsuit claiming that BTS’ chart-topping smash “Swim” ripped off an earlier song has now been dropped by the accusers. The case, filed in July against BTS label HYBE, alleged that the hit song — which debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100 this spring as the lead track off 'ARIRANG' — had many “substantial similarities” to an unpublished demo of the same name by three little-known songwriters. But less than four months later, attorneys for those three accusers (Steve Cooper, Jon Sandler and Greylyn Johnson) asked the judge in a Wednesday court filing to dismiss the lawsuit in its entirety. It was unclear from court documents if any kind of settlement had been reached, and neither side immediately returned requests for comment. More details at the link in bio.

HOLIDAY SERIES: Crispy Baked Boursin with Spicy Honey ✨ This is one of my most viral recipes to date, and for a good reason. It’s the perfect appetizer to make for literally ANYTHING! INGREDIENTS: Boursin Cheese (I used garlic Herb but any flavor would work) Flour Panko Bread crumbs (you MUST use Panko in order to get the cheese crispy enough) 1 egg, beaten Salt & Pepper Spicy Honey Chopped Rosemary DIRECTIONS: Step 1: Preheat your oven to 420 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Step 2: Set out 3 bowls: fill one with a little flour, one with Panko that’s also been seasoned with salt & pepper and one with a beaten egg Step3: Take your Boursin cheese out of the foil, and place into the flour making sure all sides are covered well. Dust off the excess, dip into the egg, and then dip into the Panko. Again- very important to cover all sides! Step 4: Carefully place Boursin on the baking sheet and place it into the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy brown. If needed, broil for a minute or so to get the outside browned! Step 5: Once out of the oven, drizzle with spicy honey and garnish with chopped rosemary. Enjoy with your favorite crackers! This is gonna be the hit of the party! #appetizer #easyappetizers #hosting #holidayfood
The Big Island V15/8C ✅🍂 (FFA) No words can express how excited I am to have sent this BEAST of a boulder !! Just like Gecko, BIG was never seen as a very feminine boulder, especially with its “morpho” character. I knew with my height and wingspan I could theoretically make it work… and five sessions later, I topped out on this iconic Forest classic!! So proud of the work behind this one. A lot more technical work than I ever expected, and lots of mind control necessary to top it off. I love the Forest and everything it brings. Let’s keep pushing !!! Merci @adrnlemaire @gasp_nnchn @teo__dor for accompanying me in this short but very enriching process ! (PS : brush your holds & ticks, and leave the boulder as you found it !❤️‍🔥) Process video coming soon @yulen.calleja ❤️‍🔥🙂‍↕️ @kailas9a @redbullfrance @scarpa_world @arkose.climbing @sportsdefense @bpce_banquedusport @fdjunitedsport @rockcityclimbingholds @hardloop.outdoor
