Yosemite was a dream definitely something worth seeing in the summer. Grateful to have been able to visit with my dad and mom.

Comment APP for the full program to help you build MASSIVE GLUTES 🍑🔥

Flat, upside-down HEART-shaped butt?

Ladies, if you’re raising your hand 🙋‍♀️ and frustrated AF trying to rebuild your glutes after a baby, this could give us awesome clues that you’re CLENCHING your butt more than you realize!

The shape of your glutes and the folds underneath your cheeks, sometimes more noticeable through those lines in your leggings, can give us a reason to look closer!

Shape alone doesn’t always confirm gripping. But if you’re ALSO catching yourself squeezing your cheeks while standing, washing dishes, holding baby, or doing absolutely nothing that requires a butt squeeze… let’s freaking talk!! 🤓🙌🏼

After pregnancy, your body may still be relying on some of the strategies it used to support you while growing baby. Such as hips more biased toward external rotation to create a nice stable base for you and baby. Cue the penguin waddle.

If your abs are also NOT contributing well to stability, SO common after they have been OVERLY lengthened, your glutes and the deep hip rotators in the back of your pelvis may step up as “that guy” by holding extra tension to help keep you stable. NO thank you 🙅🏻‍♀️

Clenching your butt ALL day isn’t the same as building strong glutes and will actually weaken them.

And jumping straight into MORE glute contractions isn’t always the answer and many times just comes with even more not-so-fun symptoms like pelvic floor tension.

We need to first learn how to LET GO and allow those muscles to lengthen under load as your hips move through internal rotation, before asking them to contract again. 🔥

Your glutes need to do BOTH: lengthen AND contract.

These exercises help you practice exactly that, and it may be the MISSING PIECE in getting your glutes working more efficiently so you can progressively load them.

Happy Booty Building!!
