It #spookyseason and I’m so far and I’m so here for it!! First event of the season for me - the @thehauntedball headphones, seeing friends dancing the night away but I seriously loved the fact that they randomly had Chick-fil-A at the haunted ball like what?? I’m such a huge fan of @chickfila We got to raise money for @uclamch UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital!! 💖 Super great night! thx @keyelementspr #thehauntedball2026
Come with me to @mvanclarke and wait for the transformation! @mvcsissi is a magician! 🪄 I was feeling dull, greying and dragged down even with a long bob. I wanted to add more dimension and depth to the colour. Adding golden brown lowlights really broke up the blonde. I didn’t even go in for a hair cut but Sissi insisted it would totally lift my face and she was so right!! Choppy layers create the volume I need at the top and more movement! 👌🏻 My hair feels healthier, richer in colour and altogether more stylish 💃💃 I’m so happy. Thank you @mvcsissi and the team @mvanclarke #hairrefresh #blondebob #colourlove

Some words for the long battled carb drama Carbs don’t automatically make you fat… What matters is where that glucose goes when you eat them. After training, your muscles become much better at pulling glucose out of the blood through GLUT4 and storing it as glycogen (PMID: 23899560). That’s why I like putting most carbs around training instead of randomly spreading them across the day… Protein stays high and consistent. Around 1.6–2.2g/kg covers most lifters, with higher intakes making sense during a hard cut (PMID: 28698222, 26817506). And no, timing does NOT override calories. If you want the scale to drop, you still need a deficit. But if you want to stay leaner, train harder and send more of those carbs toward muscle, timing them around the period your muscles actually want glucose makes a lot of sense. Comment “FUEL” and I’ll send you the free nutrition guide. #gym #testosterone #carbs
✨🪩SENIOR SPOTLIGHT🪩✨ 🌟ELIZABETH SUN🌟 “Hi, my name is Lizzy. I ended up joining tennis my junior year because of Megan and Kai. They constantly raved about how fun it was and how much everyone bonded. Tennis piqued my interest, but it looked too hard. They ended up convincing me that it would be easy to pickup, and I spent the entire season double faulting at least once per game… despite being wrong about how easy tennis was, they were definitely right about the team bonding. My favorite thing about tennis is the atmosphere; everyone is always super cheerful and supportive. The highlight of the season has to be laughing on the bus with my friends, or learning to volley.” 3 DAYS until Lizzy’s senior night on 10/27 against Hayward! Make sure to come out and support 🎾💙❤️
