Comment READY and I’ll send you 25% OFF MLAM Full Body, Core, & Pelvic Floor – Showdown Edition 🤍 We start TOMORROW & I’d love to have you!! You know… the older I get, the more I realize this whole thing isn’t really about exercise…. Don’t get me wrong, I love helping women get stronger. I love helping women feel better in their bodies. I love seeing aches and pains improve, seeing confidence grow, and watching women do things they never thought they could do. But what really gets me emotional are the stories… The woman who starts trusting her body again. The woman who realizes she’s capable of more than she thought. The woman who begins speaking to herself with more grace. The woman who stops feeling like she’s constantly falling behind and starts recognizing all that she’s carrying and all that she’s doing. Because the truth is… women are incredible. Mamas are incredible. And I think so many of us forget that😭😭😭 We wake up with breath in our lungs, people to love, people to care for, and purpose right in front of us. That doesn’t mean life is easy. It doesn’t mean there aren’t hard seasons. But it does mean we’ve been blessed with another day to show up. And in those hard seasons… when we feel tired, stretched thin, uncertain, or not enough… I’ve seen over and over again that His strength shows up in our weakness. 🤍 I’m just incredibly grateful that I get a front row seat to so many women’s journeys. Truthfully, YOU all inspire me far more than I could ever inspire you 😭 Watching women choose themselves, show up consistently, overcome obstacles, and discover how strong they truly are is one incredible blessing that I don’t take lightly. So if you’ve been thinking about joining us, I’d love to have you. I’d truly be honored 🤍 MLAM Full Body, Core, & Pelvic Floor – Showdown Edition STARTS TOMORROW & you’re right on time to join us!! Comment READY & I’ll send you the 25% off link! This round also has $101,000+ in CASH PRIZES!!! What are you waiting for?! #postpartum #pregnant #motherhood #postpartumfitnessjourney #fyp

Celebrated 27 on set surrounded by so much nostalgic and new love and warmth. What an absolute priceless gift it is to feel so embraced by people who build your sparkle in this life & make you feel seen. This past year has taught me more than I could even begin to describe, in such a way that I feel so sentimental and nostalgic over it. It’s given me the chance to feel a multitude of emotions in the most extreme way, and it’s because of that that I was able to see the beauty in all of life. What a gift it is to cry so much that you run out of steam to keep crying, and then find yourself one day laughing so hard that tears run down your face from pure joy. To know the feeling of picking yourself off the floor with more questions than answers, and then find yourself reflecting on that time with so much newfound peace in your heart. I’m truly so thankful for the chapter of 26, and I do believe heavily in this new chapter of life… Thank you to each human that has filled my cup, poured into it when I forgot to, watered my flowers and kept them growing. I don’t know how I got to live this life but baby me and current me doesn’t take it for granted for one second. Here’s to 27, I’m curious and so excited to see what it will bring and who I’ll have become by the end of it🤍🤍 I’m so thankful for today, & don’t take this chance at life for granted. Wishing all my love and light to you all xxx B
