61. NO PERMISSION NEEDED. JUST LIVING MY LIFE. 💓

At 61, I no longer ask for permission. I do what makes me happy, what feels right, and what makes me feel ALIVE.

Here are my 5 secrets to living life on MY terms:

1️⃣ Stop seeking approval. You don’t need anyone’s permission to be yourself. Your life. Your rules.

2️⃣ Stay curious. Try new things, explore new places, chase new dreams. Age is never a reason to stop.

3️⃣ Move your body. Dance in the streets, wear the heels, feel the energy. Fitness is freedom!

4️⃣ Let people talk. Someone will always have an opinion. The older I get, the less I care.

5️⃣ Choose yourself. Your happiness, your health, your confidence. Make yourself a priority, not an option.

At 61, I’m not trying to be 21 again. I’m simply enjoying being ME. More than ever before.

And believe me… the best is yet to come! 💓

What have YOU stopped asking permission for? Tell me in the comments! 👇💬

LOVER GIRL DELUXE out now 🤍 these 4 songs hold such a special place in my heart and it really does feel like lover girl is complete now. @ripruthtruth i love making songs with you thank you for everything. @graceenger @disbitchmary you both are wizards I’m so lucky to work with you. This chapter is my favorite yet and i believe this is the start of everything. I will never be able to put into words how much these past few months have meant to me and how much this album has changed my life. Thank you for loving and listening and i hope that one of these 18 songs made you feel something…. I can’t wait to never stop making music and i can’t wait for what’s next… but I’m excited for the world to live with these songs for a bit. Love you so very much.. talk more soon

Tell me honestly… traditional beauty or a little temptation? 😏❤️
