🎶 Breathing in...
Breathing out...
Breathing in...
Birds fly up in circles round and round!
🎶
The music is the beautiful theme song of the @worldchoirgames2024 thoughtfully “composed by distinguished New Zealand songwriter and NZ Music Hall of Fame inductee Don McGlashan @_donmcglashan, with added lyrics in te reo Māori by expert translator Hana Mereraiha” @hanamereraiha
❤️🔥🎉
“Celebrating the importance of breath, voice, resonance, connection and trust – concepts familiar to all singers – the song also hints at the emergence of a young country and the weaving together of its people.”
~culled from the @interkulturevents website.
