If you follow the gorgeous @Scentrox you may have seen her recent post reviewing the bundle of Diptyque decants I sent a while back. I got a lot of credit for this as a paragon of fragrance community loveliness but actually she sent me these @officialbyredo goodies first. So not only is she the lovely one she’s also more organised 😅 So a huge thank you to Scentrox for her generosity and for helping me past my Byredo Mojave Ghost Absolu fail 🤍

Alto Astral. I really like the light airy tropical vibes and how it dries down into clean girl creaminess on my skin. Sophisticated and lovely but Eau Moheli already ticks this box for me 🤍

Top notes: Coconut, aldehydes
Heart notes: Incense, jasmine petals, milky musk
Base notes: Sandalwood, cashmere wood, salted amber

Blanche Absolu. Wowzers! This is crisp white shirt territory for sure. I love the blast of aldehydes and how this one transforms from dazzling bright to lightly floral muskiness. It’s so good but the opening does remind me of my actual laundry detergent 🤍🤍
Top notes: Aldehydes, black pepper, neroli
Heart notes: Rose absolute, violet, jasmine
Base notes: Cashmeran, musks, ambroxan, cashmere woods

Desert Dawn. I love love Love the warm aromatic opening of this one. The dry woodiness is gorgeous too although I had to try this a few times because I kept forgetting I was wearing it! Definitely more of a skin scent on me, but very lovely and a great understated fragrance 🥰
Top notes: Cardamom, rose petals
Heart notes: Carrot, cedarwood, sandalwood
Base notes: Papyrus, vetiver, silk musk

Gypsy Water. This one is so completely my cup of tea. Absolutely gorgeous and if ever a glance at the notes equalled a safe blind buy it would be this 😍 I love the lemony, aromatic opening and the rich, creamy dry down. If only it lasted longer. As a Diptyque super fan, longevity is not something I stress about lol, but this one is too fleeting even for me 😭

Top notes: Bergamot, juniper berries, lemon, pepper
Heart notes: Incense, orris, pine needle
Base notes: Amber, sandalwood, vanilla

Bal d’Afrique Absolu. Well I obviously need this one in my life. For me this sits perfectly between a fresh citrus fragrance and cre
