Court has issued a fresh notice to YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in a defamation case dating back to 2018. The case was filed by Vikas Pandey, who alleges that Rathee made false and defamatory claims about him in a video published that year.

Pandey has challenged the statements made in the video, claiming they harmed his reputation. The legal dispute has continued for years, bringing renewed attention to the allegations and the proceedings surrounding the video.

The matter is scheduled for its next hearing on October 17. The court proceedings will determine how the case moves forward; the allegations against Rathee remain claims within an ongoing legal dispute, not a final finding of liability.

All for the love of the game.

Thank you @thechallenge for another incredible season. You’ve shown me how capable I am in many different ways and I’m so grateful. There’s so much room to grow, learn, and become better at the game.

Back to back final elimination loser has a TERRIBLE ring to it. One of a kind I guess 🤷🏻

All I wanted this season was to make that final & be there in the end. I trained & worked so hard but I have to believe what’s meant to be will be, and it just wasn’t meant to be. After being eliminated I was able to fly home and be there for my Nana right after she got out of her cancer surgery and to me that’s a win.

My time to run a final will come and when it does just know I won’t be backing down. Until then, peaceeee out challenge 42 you were so so fun. 🧡 #TheChallenge42

Spent most of these few days jumping into the ocean every chance I got, snorkelling for hours and getting far too excited about spotting fish 🐠🌊🐚
I was genuinely scared of reef sharks at first(because sharks), and now I find myself looking for them every time I’m in the water.
Slowly getting over my fear of the ocean, bit by bit, and getting more and more fascinated by this whole world beneath the surface ♥️
Who knew I was a closeted island girl 🧜🏻‍♀️🤓

Time to be naughty 😈

It’s time to fall in love with yourself 😜🫶🏼
