Comment CORE and I’ll send you the link to join my current MLAM Full Body, Core & Pelvic Floor Challenge!! 👏❤️ One of the biggest things I want women to understand is that improving diastasis isn’t just about making the gap smaller. It’s about improving how your entire abdominal wall FUNCTIONS. We want to learn how to manage pressure, how to get our deep core working WITH the rest of our system, and how to progressively build strength! And please hear me on this… you do NOT have to stay stuck doing rehab-style exercises forever. Those movements have their place, but we also need to challenge our bodies in order to build strength and improve function. This is exactly why I teach the way I do inside my challenge. We’re not just doing core exercises. We’re learning how to apply these principles to strength training AND everyday life. Whether you’re prior to pregnancy, pregnant, postpartum, or years beyond having babies, I want you to feel strong, capable, and confident in how your body moves. Comment CORE and I’ll send you the link to join us!! ❤️ #diastasis #postpartumfitness #pregnancyfitness #fitnessformoms #motherhood
Ad🍂Getting the garden ready for autumn and winter 🍂🐦🤎✨ I’ve been busy with all those little autumn gardening jobs lately…tidying up the greenhouse, looking after the last of my plants and giving the lawn what might be it’s final cut of the year! 🌿 I’m also making a little extra effort to turn our garden into a haven for wildlife, especially our feathered friends as the colder months approach 🐦❄️🍂✨ One of my favourite new additions is our @birdfy_by_netvue smart bird feeder! It has a built-in camera that lets me see who’s been visiting, sends notifications straight to my phone and can even identify different bird species. How clever is that?! 🥹 There’s something so lovely about watching the birds enjoying the garden, and I can’t wait to see which little visitors we get over autumn and winter. If you love your garden and wildlife as much as I do, this is the best way to enjoy your garden visitors! It would make such a thoughtful gift too! 🤎🐿️ 🍂✨ **Comment ‘LINK” and I’ll send you an exclusive discount code for 15% off! You can also find out more via the link in my bio 🔗 🕊️** #birdfy #smartbirdfeeder #autumngarden #gardenwildlife #gardenbirds
A comedian on SNL recently commented that women wear wh*re shorts in the gym. And women everywhere pushed back, because women should be free to wear what they want. And I agree, but women should also be free to choose. And that choice looks different to us all. Some women choose shorts, others choose modesty. Both are our own ideas of freedom and neither choice gives permission to label us. #snl #modesty #womensgym #modest #gymshorts
