I wish I had the words to explain the heartbreak of saying goodbye to our Harley girl tonight. 💔 She came into our lives at exactly the time we needed her most. She was pure sunshine and rainbows, and she healed our hearts in more ways than she’ll ever know. She brought so much love, laughter, and happiness into our lives, and I don’t think we’ll ever be able to put into words just how much she meant to us. When she was diagnosed with lymphoma, I knew this day would eventually come, and I knew it would be painful. But I don’t think anything could have prepared me for the heartbreak of actually having to say goodbye. Thank you for giving us the most beautiful three years, Harley. Thank you for loving us the way you did and for making our lives so much better just by being in them. I’ll think about you every single day until we meet again. 🪽 And if it’s true what they say about time being different in heaven, you’ll see me in the morning. ❤️‍🩹
Pulling your shoulders back every now and then isn’t going to fix your posture... or that ache from sitting all day. Your body needs proper movement. Here’s a 7-minute reset, and all you need is a mat or somewhere comfortable to lie down 👇🏽 Dynamic hip flexor stretch x 45 secs each side Abs to child’s pose x 60 secs Lats stretch x 30 secs per side Chest stretch x 30 secs Cat cow x 60 secs Neck extension x 60 secs Dynamic supine thoracic rotation x 45 secs per side. Comment DESK and I’ll send you this whole workout to follow in the Sweat app, plus 7 days free 🤍 And if the pain sticks around, please see a physio. Want moves you can do straight from your chair? Let me know and I’ll make a video!
