Comment MUFFINS and I’ll send you all 6 of these recipes, plus my free 20-day Vegan Thanksgiving program. 🧁

Is thanksgiving brunch a total afterthought in your universe?
Everybody’s obsessing over the main event at 4pm. Meanwhile there’s a houseful of hungry people wandering into your kitchen at 8am, opening cabinets like hunwee widdle waccoons. 🦝
And if you don’t feed them? They start “helping.”

😬 “HELPING”

So bake a tray of muffins the night before and win the morning before the oven’s even on.

Here’s what I got for ya:
🎃 Pumpkin muffins with pistachio streusel and rosewater cardamom glaze
🍠 Sweet potato muffins with maple pecan streusel
🍎 Apple cinnamon muffins with 3 layers of apple flave’ in every dang one
🥒 Zucchini muffins with orange olive oil streusel (your nephew will never know)
🫐 Ritz-Carlton blueberry muffins, veganized with whipped aquafaba
🍌 Banana muffins with chocolate chunks and walnuts
Every one was tested by my 1,000+ recipe testers before I shared it with ya.

Once breakfast is handled, the 20-day program walks you through the rest of the day.

FOR FREE: you get a new recipe every day starting November 1, a free live prep-along class, and a whole menu your non-vegan family will go back for seconds on.

17,000+ people have cooked their way through it.

Every muffin and every plate that hits a table this year? That’s one less animal on it.

Seeing this image on the façade of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs represents something far greater than a personal achievement. This exhibition is a celebration of the worlds we carry within us, the stories that shape our imagination and the extraordinary possibilities that emerge when different cultures and perspectives come together. It is a moment to celebrate everything we have created and everything we can still imagine together.

I think about the little African girls, the little Indigenous girls growing up in the Amazon, and all the children around the world who deserve to see themselves reflected in places where art and history are celebrated. I want them to know that their stories matter. That their dreams are worthy of being seen. That the world is as much theirs to imagine and shape as anyone else’s.

Because representation is not simply about being visible. It is about expanding our collective imagination. It is about creating images that allow future generations to recognize possibilities they may not have known existed. And that, to me, is one of the greatest powers of art.

I believe that when different cultures, histories and perspectives come together, something extraordinary happens. Our understanding of the world becomes richer, our collective memory grows, and we make room for new conversations, new visions and new ways of seeing one another. History does not become smaller when new voices are included. It becomes fuller.

This is cultural expansion in practice. And it is something we build together.

We are not celebrating only what has been achieved. We are celebrating everything that is now possible. ❤️

Art will save us.
