So team it’s been just over a week and have recovered enough now to show a couple of pictures of my body building competition I took part in for the @pca_official in Hull .. I get asked all the time why, what for, what’s the point of it, how much money do you get if you win, and on and on. First a foremost the gym and lifting weights has helped me physically but mentally more than anything, I love the discipline, the challenge the atmosphere the camaraderie and simple fact it’s fucking hard work and you can’t fake your way onto stage you can’t hide behind anyone or anything.. you’re physique is the reflection of your work. It’s not about anyone else for me it’s just you being the best version of you and being better than last time .. one person who deserves a special mention from me is @davecampbell_purefitness who without his support guidance and fountain of knowledge it just wouldn’t be possible.. he’s not just a coach he’s a friend a mentor that person who invests his time energy constantly looking for new ways.. listening to me and keeping me going when it’s the bad day.. a true craftsman and someone who is so passionate about the sport .. thank you Dave we did together brother and I will always be grateful for those #littlebigthings
Comment “FAB” and we’ll send you the full episode. Imagine becoming world-famous for a voice that wasn’t yours, and having to keep it a secret from the world... In 1990, Milli Vanilli were one of the biggest pop acts in the world. But by the end of that same year, their Grammy had been taken back, the first time that had ever happened in the award’s history. In this conversation, @fabmorvan tells Paul what the headlines never did: the father he was afraid of becoming, the secret he couldn’t see a way out of, and the best friend he lost along the way. Is it ever too late to be seen for who you really are? Fab Morvan. We Need To Talk.

A Saudi national working as an engineer for OpenAI has been arrested after a secret recording device was found hidden inside an executive conference room. Federal prosecutors say 35-year-old Abdulrahman Alfozan allegedly concealed the device behind a television in a room where executives discuss confidential research, technology, and business plans. The device was wrapped in toilet paper, encrypted, and plugged into the television's USB port. OpenAI says it used its own AI technology to help identify the employee allegedly responsible. "Protecting American SI innovation is critically important and FBI views it as one of our highest counterintelligence priorities," FBI Director Kash Patel wrote on X on Tuesday.
The average age to move out is 26, not 18. Most people hit their peak confidence at 32, not in their 20s. 73% of college grads aren’t working in their field, and they made us pick at 18. 44% of adults under 35 get money from their parents. Nobody posts that part. Stop comparing your timeline to everyone else’s. There is no timeline for building a life you love. Btw, poetry book ‘Between Heaven & Earth’ is out now. It’s a collection of poems about love, heartbreak, loneliness, inner struggles, healing, and the quiet journey of understanding yourself and life along the way. If you’d like to read it, comment “Book” and I’ll send you the link. [poetry, poet, thefallenpoe.t, victorianpoetry, yourtimeline, stopcomparing, nobodypoststhat, poetrycommunity]
