With the correct make up and hairdo, anyone can be beautiful. Perhaps loads of people only came across me during our final competition night. I do admit and agree, my make up didn’t get to highlight my best look that evening I want to share about a situation I encountered that I haven’t talked about during my Miss Universe Malaysia competition yet I was sabotaged TWICE with my make up situation. One was during press conference and another was during the final night. I don’t want to get into too much details but someone or should I say some people have attempted to do bad things to make me lose and fail. Of course, they failed miserably. Not me They tried to sabotage me with makeup. I can’t disclose much at the moment but one day the truth will be revealed in public one day, just not right now But through this experience, even it’s a beauty pageant and beauty was meant to be a priority back in the day, nowadays to be able to be “Queen” or titleholder comes with many other traits, like what Nawat said - body, beauty, brain, business and behavior. As I’ve shared today on my stories, I’m a child of God and of light. I’m extremely well protected by God and literally no evil forces can penetrate me. The evil eye and negative projection by others cannot affect me, in fact, it’s sent back to the senders 10 fold. There’s nothing I want but light, peace and honor. Even for the people who wish for my downfall, I wish you nothing but love and light. I hope you find peace within yourselves. 💛💛💛 MUA @makeup_jaogood #missuniverse #missuniversemalaysia #pageant #makeup #beauty
exactly one year ago, I said yes 💍 I said yes to the kindest soul I know 🤍 to someone who makes me feel loved, safe and understood. someone who stands by my side through everything. but more than anything, I love you for the person you are. for your heart, your kindness and the way you care for the people around you. you deserve every bit of love, happiness and goodness this world has to offer. I’m endlessly grateful that we found each other in this big beautiful world. looking back on these six years, it’s incredible how much we’ve both changed, how much we’ve grown together and how we’ve become a team I could have only dreamed of. and if there’s one thing I know, it’s that I’d choose you all over again. I love you, always 🤍 #isaidyes #engagement

Pumpkin season is for the whole household 🎃🐾🍂 #NativePetPartner #ad Of course I had to include Roger and Townes in my favorite fall ritual! We’re making Pumpkin Pup & Kitty Cups with @nativepet supplements for a cozy little afternoon together. Native Pet’s Pumpkin powder is made with just three organic ingredients: pumpkin, pumpkin seed, and apple. It mixes easily with water and supports digestive regularity, a little extra goodness in their seasonal cups! Townes gets Native Pet Goat Milk sprinkles on top, and Roger gets a Native Pet Cat multivitamin supplement. Everyone gets their own little pumpkin moment in this house.🤭🍁 Save this for your next cozy fall day with your fur babies, and explore Native Pet’s supplements for dogs and cats! 🧡 #nativepet
This fixed my severe acid reflux 👇 And I’m not talking about temporary relief. It actually solved it. - The nighttime heartburn that kept me awake. - The morning throat burn. - The random chest pain at night that would wake me up in panic. To a point where I genuinely felt cured. So what is it? 🤔 How does it work? And what are the precautions… because yes, long term use isn’t recommended. I’ll be honest 🫡 I got addicted to this solution. If the bottle ran out and I didn’t have a backup, my anxiety would spike. That’s how much I relied on it. Here’s how it actually works 👇 - It works by tightening one key sphincter muscle (LES) - Think of it like a valve at the top of your stomach that’s supposed to stay closed and prevent reflux, heartburn, and throat issues. - In people without reflux, this happens naturally. - In GERD, LPR, and acid reflux sufferers, this mechanism gets disrupted. When you add alginates like Gaviscon or reflux raft formulas, it works even better. And if anxiety is what keeps you up at night, adding L theanine can help calm the nervous system too. Now the good news!! There’s also a 100 percent natural, non addictive alternative that works in the exact same way. It’s surprisingly effective, and it’s where I start most of my clients instead of the more aggressive option. 🙌 I break down the full protocol in a free training I just published. - The actual supplement. - Exact dosages. - Smart add ons. - And the natural alternatives. I tried summarizing it here, but honestly… That’s risky 🚨 This protocol needs proper structure to work safely and effectively. I’ve tested this on both men and women. All 270+ of my clients follow this approach and have seen significant relief from acid reflux, GERD, and LPR symptoms… - Heartburn. - Chest pain. - Anxiety. - Overthinking. - Throat burn. - Sore throat. - Dry cough. ✅ Save/ Like this post for future use and 💬 Comment “Study” and I’ll DM you the full free training explaining the research and exactly how to implement it. And check the pinned comment for more info… Make sure you’re following so the system can DM you.
