This is a very important subject to me because @treatmyocd is what helped me get my life back 2 years ago ❤️‍🩹 it’s important to have awareness on what ocd ACTUALLY can look like - && to banish the stereotype of “needing to be neat”. Seeing a post like this helped me realize what I thought was anxiety for so long was actually ocd, and once I got the proper treatment, I became a whole new person. The person that I’ve always known has been inside of me my whole life. This is your reminder that vulnerability matters, and what you see on social media is often the highlights or fake. This is the real deal & this is what I’m passionate about - helping others feel seen or understood 🫂 as always, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you need someone to talk to, or have questions 💛⭐️

Moms spend so much time filling everyone else’s cup. Mom Palooza was a chance to fill theirs. 💕🥂 We came together to move, connect, and make a little room for ourselves. A reminder that taking care of you deserves a spot on the calendar, too. We loved being part of this day and sending moms home with WJN Gut Health Straws tucked into their goodie bags. ✨ A big thank you to @abigailjwolfe for hosting this incredible event and to the brands who helped make everyone feel a little extra loved: 💧 @onusiv for the Onus IV goodies 💪 @powerfitfoods for protein bars and gummies 🫶 @whatsyourroutine for hydration packets ✨ @beyondbodysculpting__ for a special self care offer Another shout out to our fabulous mom instructors @georgianna_tina12 @katiemctwig & @whitneyjohns To every mom who showed up and took this time for herself: we hope you left feeling supported, celebrated, and connected. You deserve that long after the event ends. Who’s joining us for the next one? 👇 Don’t forget to join the launch list for 25% off the new creatine straws & gut health straws! #MomPalooza #WhitneyJohnsNutrition #MomCommunity #SelfCareForMoms #StrongMoms
