Setmana estranyota, tocava recuperar i si bé vaig parar dilluns i dimarts, la resta de dies han estat molt explosius 🤷‍♂️, a veure si no ho acabem pagant

💪💪

So you’ve tried intuitive eating… And it only made things worse.

That’s because intuitive eating is a RESULT of working on your relationship with food, not the solution to your food struggles.

⚠️ You can’t just ditch all the food rules and go straight into “listening to your body.”

You need to learn HOW to listen to your body first, which starts with quieting the food noise that’s making everything feel 100x harder.

🌟 Need help doing this?

I recently hosted a masterclass on WHY food noise happens, and how you can create a plan to get rid of it for good.

💬 This week only, I’m offering the recorded masterclass for free to anyone who comments “EXIT” below!

This recording expires tomorrow (Sunday) night, so be sure to watch it and take notes before then 🫡
