Shift happens. & It’s the little shifts that change reallyyyy be the life changing ones ✨ -shifting with the seasons & incorporating more whole foods - shifting your mindset on exercise & just focusing on getting movement in each day. -shifting with life, when things change -showing up for yourself / Little bits of self care (for me this was finally committing to @invisalign since ive been putting it off FOREVER). Isn’t it funny how we spend so much time taking care of everyone else & put off the little things we’ve wanted to/should do for ourselves? :/ To me, that’s what health is really about—showing up for yourself in the little ways, too. I used to feel so bad doing things for myself and prioritizing self care, but this has been the biggest shift for me that has made the most positive impact. @invisalign has made me feel more confident & has been such a breezeeee. It’s such an easy & more affordable process than I thought! That along with sauna/red light, sun light, eating seasonally, slowing down my workouts - these are my needle movers! What’s something you’ve been putting off that you should do for yourself!? <3 #invisalign #invisalignpartner
