This clip has been going viral, and we cannot stop laughing! Bro caught one glimpse of the man in the white suit and immediately decided he needed to be somewhere else. The way he took off running, you would think he had just seen a ghost! What makes it even crazier is that he looks genuinely scared! No second thoughts, no looking back, just pure survival mode. We need somebody to explain what happened here because what did the man in the white suit do to have him running like that? Credit: @quanoutside
Mayor Zohran Mamdani and City Council Speaker Julie Menin have struck a deal to ban horse-drawn carriages citywide following the death of an 18-year-old tourist who was thrown from a carriage in Central Park. "The horse carriage industry is coming to an end in New York City," Mamdani wrote on X, pledging to protect workers, owners and horses. The proposed ban, named Romanch's Law after the teenager, would take effect in June 2028 if approved, with a City Council vote expected Oct. 22. The teen's family says an earlier ban could have prevented his death, while critics argue the legislation threatens workers' livelihoods and one of Central Park's most recognizable attractions.
